The Company's seven-day guarantee for qualifying goods, as stated in the Platform Terms of Service.
You may request a return within seven (7) calendar days of delivery if the product is defective or damaged on arrival; significantly different from the product description; counterfeit or not as advertised; or the wrong item. You must provide photographic or video evidence. This guarantee is not an unconditional return.
Where a listing identifies Quick Market or the Company as the seller, the Company is the seller of record. Where a Vendor is the seller, the Company still honors a valid seven-day guarantee to you: we pay the approved refund and then recoup from the Vendor.
Read this with the Return and Refund Policy. If that Policy and the Platform Terms of Service conflict, the Terms control.
